OzHarvest identified an opportunity in the Australian Curriculum to bring together sustainability, food waste and nutrition education, creating a curriculum-aligned program called FEAST (Food Education & Sustainability Training). After a successful national roll out in primary schools, a new and exciting program has been developed for High School students (Year 7 & 8).

The new 10-week High School program addresses the Australian Curriculum in Design and Technologies and Food Specialisations content, it can be adapted by schools or delivered in an online learning environment.

FEAST includes everything you need to deliver the program:

  • Unit of work, with 10 lessons plans and teacher answer booklet
  • Student folio to guide classroom work
  • Easy hot and cold recipes
