FEAST Meets New NSW Science Syllabus Outcomes
We’ve created a FEAST extension pack that directly addresses the new NSW Stage 3 Science content group: “A fixed amount of usable matter makes up all the material on Earth”.
What students do:
- Conduct fair tests with a salad dressing experiment—investigating variables as oil and vinegar mix and separate
- Explore how recyclable and compostable materials enhance sustainability
- Investigate waste collection methods that reduce pollution
Why it works:
This ready-to-teach extension pack gets students learning hands-on while hitting every syllabus outcome: fair testing, dissolving substances, waste reduction, and sustainability planning.
